We provide advice, information and support with the provision of the various services. a Help Line answered by bipolar experts who have many years’ experience of successfully managing the condition. One to One consultations with experienced bipolar experts, self help group meetings, and bipolar self-management training.
Our members have a combined bipolar experience of over 200 years, family and friends are always very welcome to our groups. Workshops provide the opportunity to meet other people who have experienced similar episodes of bipolar, gaining support and understanding, learning how to manage living with bipolar disorder.
